An order is only confirmed once full payment has been received and verified. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or inventory errors.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier service or invalid delivery addresses provided by the customer.

• Defective/Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the package. We will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement.
• Non-returnable Items: Sale or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not accept returns for refunds due to a change of mind. We do not allow size exchanges.
